Reviews

The times are uncertain and capitalism is in crisis. How will America cope? We cannot know the future, but the author reminds us that there has been a tendency in the past for some to move in the direction of fascism. For anyone concerned to make sure 'it does not happen here, ' this lively and well-written book is a must-read, a cautionary tale with lessons to be learned. --Robert Gellately, author of Lenin, Stalin, and Hitler: The Age of Social Catastrophe -- (07/14/2009)

Those who want to learn more about both European political history and what we hear in the American news today definitely should read this book. --internetreviewofbooks.com-- (04/01/2010) The times are uncertain and capitalism is in crisis.
