He is currently Personnel and Risk Manager for the Douglas Public Library District in Colorado. An active participant in the Colorado Libraries Volunteer Managers Council, he also serves as associate faculty member of Regis University where he teaches courses in orginizational behavior, human resources, and the sociology of work. Driggers earned master's degrees in industrial administration and sociology from the University of Illinols and Arizona State University respectively and a doctorate degree in organizational development from Colorado State University. Eileen Dumas is the special services librarian at the Aurora Public Library in Colorado and has worked in volunteer management since 1991. She has been active in local volunteer organizations serving as board member of the Directors of Volunteers in Agencies, as chair of the City of Aurora Volunteer Coodinators Group, and as a member of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program.
