Author Information

Cortes-Robles Guillermo has ten years of experiences in the Petroleum Industry. He is a research professor at the Tecnologico Nacional de Mexico in Orizaba and currently acts as the President of the Mexican TRIZ Association. His research interest include computer aided innovation and inventive design. Jorge Luis García-Alcaraz, Jorge Luis is a National Researcher level II from National Council for Science and Technology in Mexico. He has 14 years of experience in maquiladora industry andhas expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies and advanced manufacturing technologies.  Alor-Hernandez Giner is involved in several Mexican research projects and his research interests include Web services, e-commerce, Semantic Web, Web 2.0, service-oriented and event-driven architectures and enterprise application integration.
