It is is also inter-disciplinary and global in its scope. It deserves to be read widely by respectively students, academics and practitioners in management studies and related fields. Malcolm Warner, Emeritus Fellow, Wolfson College and Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.aHis new edited book, Managing Across DiverseaCultures in East Asia, London and New York: Routledge, will appear in 2013. The focus on the process of trust development between managers and subordinates across different countries is imperative and timely.
