Growing up in Melbourne, Andrew Crossleyleft Australia at 20, he became an Austrianqualified ski instructor, which he worked as forseveral seasons. Later also becoming a qualifiedscuba diving instructor. He went on to work inthe UK for a prestigious investment firm dealingwith share market investors. In 1996, at the ageof twenty-four, he was headhunted and movedto the Netherlands to work for a private equityfirm.
