This book is wonderful when you want to impress someone, try something new or just for inspiration, but it is definitely more challenging than your average raw food book and time and patience are required. I would say that MAD ABOUT RAW definitely deserves more hype! - Malin Bjoerklund Amazing Collection of Raw Recipes! I love this book! Nazli shows what is possible in raw 'cooking' and it's way more than I would think. As a professional chef, there are very few cookbooks that I use for recipes but I can already tell that I will be using this book to expand my knowledge about raw cuisine.
