Author Information

John Rizzo bought his first Mac in 1984, which he still has in his garage somewhere, and been writing about Macs since 1987. He is the author of many books, including Mac Annoyances. John writes about Mac hardware and software for CNET.com and for various magazines, including Macworld, MacHome, and Mac Addict. He has been a regular columnist for CNET, MacWeek and eMedia Weekly, MacUser, and Computer Currents. A staff editor for the now defunct MacUser magazine for eight years. John also publishes MacWindows.com, a news and information web site devoted to helping Macs users get along in a Windows world since 1997.
