Arthur is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK and the Institute of Business and Finance in the USA. He is also a Master Tax Practitioner (SA) of the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners. At the management level, Arthur has worked at two of the Big Four professional firms (Deloitte and Ernst & Young), global corporations and global NGOs for the past 12 years. He specializes in M&A transactions, financial due diligence (IM review, financial modeling, corporate structure analysis, transaction modeling and earnings, cash flow, financial position, KPIs, capex, opex, financial forecast and working capital analyses), dashboard reporting and process improvement, M&A tax & structuring, forensic audit, and corporate accounting. Arthur enjoys work and leisure travel in the United States, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, as he loves to meet and work with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Apart from work and family life, he is also a long-term supporter and volunteer of an international charitable organization that builds orphanage care centers and schools in Africa for the orphans and the underprivileged children.
