Author Information

Soocheol Lee is Professor of Faculty of Economics, Meijo University in Japan. He graduated from Seoul National University and received his PhD at the Graduate School of Kyoto University. He had worked for Federation of Korean Industry as a team leader of Economic Research Department. He has written many books and papers on energy and environmental policy design and cooperation for sustainable low carbon economy in East Asia. Hector Pollitt is a Director and Head of International Modelling at Cambridge Econometrics, with extensive expertise in the development and application of macroeconomic modelling approaches for policy assessment. He has made significant contributions to several official assessments of energy and climate policy in the European Union and is responsible for development of the global E3ME simulation model. Park Seung-Joon is Professor of the School of Policy Studies, Kwansei Gakuin University in Japan. He received his PhD at the Graduate School of Kobe University. He majors in environmental economics and policies, especially in the field of the environmental tax reform and energy policies, and has published several books and papers in this field.
