Author Information

Tracy has many years of experience in the design, delivery, implementation and evaluation of learning and leadership development programmes. Her work is focused on achieving strategic and operational leadership excellence and a defined return on investment for organisations. She is experienced in executive and leadership coaching, specialising in psychological approaches to ensure long-term, sustainable behavioural and cognitive development. She has developed a model of coaching which incorporates an ethos of ‘Care’ to help leaders in fully realising business potential. Tracy has a Master’s degree in Management of Change from the University of Sussex and is a Doctor of Philosophy.
