Complete Guide to F.I.R.E. The concepts expressed in the book are clear and concrete, starting from a general analysis of people's psychological situation, up to reaching more technical (but discursive) topics, useful for a greater understanding of the personal finance management system. In fact, according to the author's point of view, Financial independence is connected to the constancy of many small actions, repeated day after day. Live on FIRE examines both the methods by which to save the money to invest and the best investment strategies to accumulate the wealth necessary to retire earlier. It is certainly a good book, and I highly recommend it, for its simplicity and all the FIRE fundamental concepts that everyone should know ... Then, it is up to each person to decide whether to stay in their own economic situation (without improving and therefore continuing to complain) or take a step forward and take a different path, the one that leads to financial freedom. (D.R. / Reader) --- A Journey to Financial Independence I have long been intrigued by the FIRE movement, and this is not the first book I read on this topic. Having said that, I must admit that it is undoubtedly the clearest and most concise one I have read. It starts with an explanation of the basics of FIRE, goes through a series of tips on reducing debt, increasing monthly income, and getting to how to invest efficiently to secure early retirement. Obviously, all these indications are useless if you do not accept to modify your lifestyle, reducing the unnecessary expenses we are used to (and here too the author gives us many tips) and learning to better manage our money. By following the path described by Andrew Richards and changing our mindset, we can reach financial independence, which does not mean becoming rich but becoming free. I recommend this reading to anyone who is not satisfied with their current life and wants to work to change it! (J.W. / Reader)
