Overview

A bold guide to redefining confidence from the experienced life coach and bestselling author Following the success of Girl Code, a book encouraging women to support each other in the business community, master life coach Cara Alwill Leyba shows her many fans how to take the next step- to build confidence from the ground up. In Like She Owns the Place, Leyba reveals three simple but provocative arguments- Confidence doesn't come from 'winning' - it comes from ignoring the success narratives we absorb from magazines and movies The impressions people make on others depend on their personalities, not their looks The foundation of confidence comes from 'audacious auditing' - Leyba's term for identifying toxic people and habits and editing them from your life. Written in her accessible, inspirational style and full of revealing stories from every stage of Leyba's life, Like She Owns the Place will help readers rewire their minds to be more confident and encourage them to go after the life they've always wanted and deserve.
