Hello, I'm Lyssa deHart. I spent twenty years as a clinical social worker specializing in relationship therapy, complex trauma, PTSD, and dissociative disorders. After closing my private practice in New Mexico and relocating to the Pacific Northwest in 2013, I fully embraced coaching.I achieved my MCC certification in 2018 and have been dedicated to this path ever since. I am the host the Coaching Studio podcast and am a leadership and confidence coach, certified mentor coach, coaching SUPERVision partner, ICF PCC assessor, and a well-regarded coaching educator. I authored StoryJacking: Change Your Dialogue, Transform Your Life and the Reflective Coach.
