When I first read the book, I could tell from the introduction that the book was aimed to lead tweens to success. It was written in such a way that it genuinely felt as if the author was passionate about making sure kids develop and learn essential life skills so they can thrive in the adult world. This workbook is a well-guided journey towards self development and improvement, with comfortable and progressive steps helping teenagers and young adults acquire skills and habits while building and refining them in a fully aware manner.
