Overview

"""It has a hopeless millennial vibe. We're all so lost and clueless that it's comical. Super relatable."" - Shae, close friend and fellow adventurer ""This book gives you the opportunity to see life and adventures through Kristi's optimistic and jovial lens."" - Alexa, the girl who knows me inside and out ""Lots of laughs from years gone by. A hilariously refreshing visit to simple childhood times."" - Lauren, childhood best friend I wrote this book because I believe everyone has a story. Why should you read mine? Because you'll notice that we are complete strangers who have a lot in common. I understand that you would be reading about a random girl's life, but my goal is for my readers to see that we are all very different people on the same journey. Within these thin pages are a variety of true stories that are as funny and inspirational as they are deeply personal (and most importantly, stories that are definitely not approved by my parents). I challenge you to listen to my story while you relive yours."

Author Information

Kristi, first time author of Life Is Like a Camera, has finally achieved her lifetime goal of writing a book. Kristi is not an actress, comedian or professional writer with several awards. She's just a girl who loves to talk about life, connect with people on a deep level, and truly tries her best to live life to the fullest. Kristi strongly believes that finding a way to laugh at yourself is the key to a well-balanced life. In her book, Kristi was inspired to open up and share thoughts about her life's journey thus far. She's as honest and real as it gets as she learns from her past, lives in the moment, and is constantly envisioning her future. Kristi was born in Florida, played Division 1 collegiate volleyball in Illinois, started her career in Colorado, and then moved to Canada where she currently resides. She's a daughter of two proud parents and has an older brother who lovingly thinks she's ridiculous. After traveling to seven countries, throwing herself off of the second highest bungee jump in the world and meeting some incredible people along the way, Kristi has developed a keen appreciation for life and has gained a wide variety of perspectives. She's open-minded, adventurous and thankful to anyone who is willing to read her story to this point in her life. Too young to tell this story? Maybe - but she'll let you be the judge of that.
