Reviews

For My Life as a Dog: It's a quick read, it's a sweet read, it's exactly the kind of thing to buoy your spirits after a long week (or 2020). I do recommend this for you or the dog lover in your life. The Irresponsible Reader There is only one word that could describe this book and that is adorable...I really adored this wee book and I adored Kevin and it's clear his owner also does! Such a sweet book. Books by Bindu A read to give you that warm feeling inside, especially if read with a canine friend next to you. Nicki's book blog It made me think of the dogs I had growing up and how much a miss having a dog around. This is a lovely story and a quick read. Sylv.net . . . an effective, novel, and touching portrait of a man's love for his dog . . . brimming with inventiveness and wit. The BookLife Prize For More Life as a Dog: Kevin the dachshund has a little part of my heart after reading this heartwarming story...This book is well written and short enough to read in one sitting, which is perfect as you won't want to put it down. Andrew Reads This is a fun, light hearted read especially for any dog lover. It's heart-warming, it's very touching and...a short, beautiful read. ""Dog people, you need this book. I absolutely loved this. It spoke to me as a human owned by a dog in so many ways. Seriously, I could easily see myself in many of the situations and circumstances described, from walking the dog to talking to it, to all the highs and lows that come with being owned by a pet...this is an easy read, rather like sitting in the living room with our dogs sprawled across our laps soaking up the scratches and attention. You know, kinda like friends talking."" -- June Price * Life as a Dog: One dog, two lives and adventures that live forever, by L.A. Davenport *
