Appl.), MBA (IT), MBA (HR), PhD (Botany), & PhD (LIS). He is working as Information Scientist in Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. He has 260 papers (218 in Library Science and 42 in Botany) and 32 books (23 in LIS and 09 in Botany) to his credit. He has presented 77 papers /research papers in national and international seminars/conferences including one in Kathmandu (Nepal) during February-March 2011 and another in Lahore (Pakistan) during November 2015. 22 candidates M.Phil. (LIS) and 08 candidates (01 in Botany and 07 in LIS) have been awarded PhD under his supervision by now and many more are working for their PhDs.
