MICHAEL SCANTLEBURY is the founder and Senior Elder of Dominion-Life International Ministries, and the Apostle and Founder Emeritus of the Kingdom-impact International Network, now led by his spiritual son Apostle Brandon Bailey of Teleios, South Africa. In the latter part of 2025, he felt the Spirit of God directing him to lay down his pastoral function and to merge his ministry with Gospel Tabernacle, led by Pastor Ali Feizi, who not only flows in a very similar vein to how he flows and functions, but also believes the same things concerning the Scriptures as he does. This move has since freed him up to function more in his apostolic call, where he now leads a School of Ministry, titled Dominion-Life Institute where he is training up the next generation to continue God's Kingdom advance in the earth. He continues to travel and ministers a strong Kingdom message out of a burning desire to see the Church come to full maturity for greater function on earth.
