"Gudrun Persson is a lecturer at Stockholm University, specializing in Russian reform periods and focusing on military reforms. She received her Ph.D. at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has published several books and articles on these subjects, The Russian Military Attaches and the Wars of the 1860s - A Case for Reform.A"" in Reforming the Tsar's Army, eds.
