"The simple truths and techniques in Leading Children to Worship have been written to help you introduce children to Jesus and to help them understand what it means to be part of the Kingdom of God. This book is based on the prayer Jesus prayed to the Father in John 17 and His desire for us to see His glory. This book offers an invitation for you to come and experience the magnificent spiritual world that exists around you. The Spirit invites you to come and wait on God, listen for His voice, worship Him in spirit and in truth, and walk in the light of His glory. You will be encouraged to create an atmosphere designed for worship. Once children enter into the presence of God through their worship, nothing will satisfy them until they can go back again and again. As you allow them to enter the place of His presence, they will find a place in Him that will burst forth their destiny Even though the purpose of this book is to teach spiritual truths to children and lead them into worship, remember that you are also one of God's children, no matter your chronological age. You may apply these teachings in your home, preschool, Sunday school, day care, as well as in elder care. You may lead God's children to worship from ages 3 to103 and beyond. Apply these simple, childlike teachings, and worship our one true God in spirit and in truth. John 4:23-24 ""Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth."" Leading Children to Worship will challenge you to teach children to walk in the way of the spirit as they grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. They will step into the fullness of Jesus' John 17 prayer. They will walk in levels of anointing and power like we have not yet experienced. "Barbara Bloomquist is an experienced teacher of over 40 years. In the 1998 she was ordained as a minister of the gospel and in the year 2000 commissioned a full time Children's Missionary. She is a graduate of the Children's Ministry Institute with Child Evangelism Fellowship in Warrenton, Missouri and also a graduate of the International Children's Ministry Institute of Latter Rain Ministries in Litchfield, Illinois. Barbara has ministered to children in schools and orphanages; and has taught Bible School students in over 10 nations of the world. She currently teaches with her husband, Jack, and son, Thomas, in churches and Christian Education Conferences within the USA. Together as a team, they teach children and teachers of children. They have written several series of children's church curriculum using drama and the arts, and produced a children's worship CD entitled ""Angels All Around Us."""
