RALPH WILSON HAS PRACTICED orthopedics in Mesa, Arizona since 1970, after completing a residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He grew up in Iowa and spent seven years at the University of Iowa for his undergraduate and M.D. degree. His two years in San Bernardino as an intern and surgical resident preceded a two-year military obligation at Fort Polk in Louisiana and Vietnam.He remains active in his community, Rotary Club, church, orthopedic practice, and book club of 40 years. He also remains active in sports, golf, tennis, hiking and pickleball. He hastraveled to eleven countries serving with a variety of medical missions.His three children live within seven miles of his home. He credits his wife Marilyn for her support and guidance.
