Reviews

This is a unique geomorphology textbook in that ... it presents stunningly beautiful photographs of all types of geomorphic landscapes from around the world. ... The reviewer highly recommends this work for anyone interested in the visual appearance of various geomorphic features of the Earth. Summing Up: Recommended. All readers. (M. S. Field, Choice, Vol. 54 (3), November, 2016)

“I definitely recommend this book to illustrate and understand the many types of landforms mentioned in textbooks, field guides and research papers. This is also a book to encourage us out into the field; there is a lifetime (or more) of geological fieldtrip ideas in this book.” (John Lonergan, Proceedings of the Open University Geological Society, Vol. 3, 2017) “This is a nicely produced, informative and attractive approach to geomorphology through pictures. Not too many of this kind have ever been published and at the moment there is no direct competitor on the market. It is good to have it within reach.” (Piotr Migoń, Geologos, Vol. 23 (1), 2017) “This is a unique geomorphology textbook in that … it presents stunningly beautiful photographs of all types of geomorphic landscapes from around the world. … The reviewer highly recommends this work for anyone interested in the visual appearance of various geomorphic features of the Earth.
