Overview

Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Lackawanna Terminal was the name of several of passenger terminals constructed by the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad. The Hoboken Terminal was constructed in 1907 in Hoboken, New Jersey. It is a major transportation hub in the New York Metropolitan area, and the only rail terminal still in use along the western bank of the Hudson River. It is served by nine New Jersey Transit commuter rail lines, one Metro-North Railroad line, various NJT buses and private bus lines, the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, the Port Authority Trans Hudson rapid transit system and NY Waterway-operated ferries.
