Kyrie Eleison’s Ad Agio

Overview

In the digital age of communication through mass internet media and web applications, observing user behavior online reveals issues stemming from a lack of information about privacy settings and security configurations, as well as an insufficiency or abundance of legal guidance or conduct guidelines from various website administrations. Additionally, internet browsing involves accessing international content subject to diverse restrictions and regulations, raising significant concerns about network safety. While this book does not aim to define humanity s broader faults or the violations of sanctity within Al s impunity, it emphasizes the importance of maintaining a meaningful life and purpose in the digital realm. We present a newly developed perspective on procedures and mediums that align with the spirit of the law and higher principles. As a result, we reaffirm our commitment to the principles of fundamental justice, liberty, and democracy, particularly the pursuit of happiness and freedom of expression, to foster a meaningful cyber coexistence within a redefined framework of the rule of law.

Author Information

Patrick Gaultier is an amercian-canadian, born in Leeds, Yorkshire, England to a scottish mother and an american-italian father. Following his parents divorce, he moved to British Columbia, Canada, as a child, where he grew up immersed in its dynamic culture. Passionate about governance, he studied political science before pursuing law school, where he met his future wife - a brilliant lawyer with whom he shared both ambition and intellectual curiosity. Their life together was marked by joy, mutual respect and deep companionship until tragedy struck, taking her in a sudden accident. Heartbroken for years, he found solace in writing, crafting a story based on her life and passing. Through the process, he claimed to reconnect with her in ways beyond words. His career had flourished in government policy and research, where he shaped legal frameworks in optimizing IT infrastructure and services, with precision and dedication. He didn t marry again and chose not to have children, fearing his work s demand would overshadow his role as a parent - an unregretted decision, though accompanied by occasional reflection. After the loss of his wife, he struggled to find meaning in his work and personal life. When his mother passed away, he returned to England where he started writing, rediscovering his story once more. He now lives in California, close to his dad.
