Matt Phelan is the author and illustrator of the novels The Sheep, the Rooster, and the Duck; Knights vs. Dinosaurs; Knights vs. Monsters; and Knights vs. the End (of Everything); and the picture books Sweater Weather; Turtle Walk; Pignic; and Druthers. He is also the creator of the graphic novels The Storm in the Barn (winner of a Scott O'Dell Award); Around the World; Bluffton; and the New York Times bestseller Snow White. Matt Phelan lives in Pennsylvania. Sam Devereaux is a third generation actor. Most of his childhood was spent tucked into the wings of West End theaters watching his dad perform or glued to the television exploits of his famous Australian grandfather. In addition to steady stage work, Sam has worked in voice-overs throughout his career. Starting off with dry corporate fare and progressing to the focused lunacy of his role as the title character in the hit adult cartoon Future Duck, Sam has developed into a flexible and highly focused voice-over actor. Audiobooks seemed the next logical step and Sam gets enormous pleasure from the intimacy of reading a story into a microphone. Whether it's a weighty historical text or the sort of fantastical children's book he reads every night to his kids, Sam just loves to tell a really good story.
