Overview

Come clean - are you living the life of your dreams? No? Have you ever asked yourself why not? What stops you? What reasons do you give yourself? How do you convince yourself to stay in the same place in your life? You have many excuses as to why you don't take care of yourself. No time, no money, this appointment or that sports practice or after-school activity. You feel selfish if you want some time to yourself, but you feel no one else can do the job you do. Where do these excuses come from? Why do moms keep using them? Have you ever wondered why some women are living the lives of their dreams, easily handling their responsibilities and their passions? Women just like YOU: moms who have kids, obligations, hobbies, and careers. Just because this is your life now doesn't mean it has to be that way forever. In fact, you have the power to change it today. Right now. It's time to receive the keys and break out of the mold you're in right now. Live a life that YOU control and not a life that controls YOU.
