This is an great book!! Its a beginners book and gives you quick easy recipes you can do in a reasonable amount of time. As a working woman, by the time I get home, the last thing I want to do is go into the kitchen for hours to prepare dinner. The majority of the recipes are 5-10 min prep time..upto 45 min cook time. Awesome for me!! There are longer cook time but that would be cooking lamb skewers. Salmon recipe was delicious!!! Thanks for the book..lost 2lbs. in a week...and wasnt yrying - Avevedo
