Former restaurant manager, and a world-class chef. Laura was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Since childhood, she has been passionate about food and cooking. And at about 11 years old, she was already talking about becoming a world-class chef one day. With huge support from her parents, she graduated from one of the top 'natural cooking' schools in Los Angeles and went to work at a local middle-class restaurant as a sous-chef. But her ambitions were not satisfied there... After about a year working as a sous-chef, the restaurant owner promoted her to a well-deserved head chef position. Also, she did some management work on the side - with the idea to open her restaurant one day.
