A commercial photographer's meditations on space, architecture, material and light. Against all that glitters is a book produced by Juan Baraja with Fundación Cerezales Antonino y Cinia for the exhibition space of ICO museum. A large format edition thought to gather the photographic series of Baraja's work of the last 15 years. The precise composition of each image characterises the result of the photographer's analysis and his subjectivity becomes palpable in the playful light of these architectural volumes. With a careful reproduction, it includes texts by Alfredo Puente, curator of Fundación Cerezales, and two series that are still in course –Utopie Abitative and Y Vasca / Euskal Y–, unpublished to date. They all allow to effortlessly observe the evolution of these photographic projects. AUTHOR: Juan Baraja (born 1984) is an architectural and commercial photographer based in Madrid.
