Course Description:

In this course, you gain the knowledge necessary to take the ITIL v3 Managers Bridge exam.In addition, this course covers new ITIL v3 content and introduces the Service Lifecycle, which forms the core of ITIL v3, spanning the five core volumes that provide an end-to-end view of IT, and its integration with business strategy. It also provides an overview of the main differences on topics known from earlier ITIL versions.

This course has exercises and assignments spread throughout the course to reinforce the knowledge gained, it uses an engaging, interactive and flexible online approach to position the student to successfully complete the ITIL v3 Managers Bridge.

Pre-requisites:

Candidates must hold the ITIL v1 or v2 Service Manager Certificate or have at least 12 credits from ITIL v1 or v2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications.

Delivery:

The program combines presentations supported by accredited trainer audio. There are also quizzes and exercises to ensure learners are testing their knowledge and competency to enhance understanding of key concepts. Revision questions and a mock examination help to prepare for the examination.

The examination is a 90 minute 'closed book' exam consisting of 20 complex multiple choice questions. The pass mark is 16/20 (80%)
