Antonella Cassia è docente di italiano, tedesco e francese e direttrice del programma di tedesco presso l'Università di Miami. È anche fondatrice di Ultimate Language Services, un'azienda che offre corsi di lingue, interpretariato, traduzione e formazione alla leadership globale. Ha conseguito un dottorato di ricerca in Studi di Germanistica Transculturale e Studi del Vicino Oriente presso l'Università dell'Arizona e si è laureata con lode presso l'Università Roma Tre con una laurea magistrale in lingue e letterature straniere. Prima di approdare all'Università di Miami, Antonella ha insegnato presso l'Università del Minnesota, l'Università dell'Arizona, l'Università di Lipsia e in diversi Community College, Centri Culturali e Scuole Superiori negli Stati Uniti e all'estero. Ha inoltre studiato presso le università di Osnabrück (Germania), Vienna (Austria), TUM, Monaco (Germania), Jordan (Amman), Saint Joseph, Beirut (Libano) e Lipsia (Germania). Antonella Cassia is a senior lecturer in Italian, German, and French, and the director of the German program at the University of Miami. She is also the founder of Ultimate Language Services, a company providing language instruction, interpreting, translation, and global leadership training. She holds a Ph.D. in Transcultural German Studies and Near Eastern Studies from the University of Arizona and she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Roma Tre (Italy) with an M.A. in foreign languages and literature. Before coming to the University of Miami, Antonella taught at the University of Minnesota, University of Arizona, University of Leipzig, and at several community colleges, cultural centers, and high schools in the U.S. and overseas. She has also studied at the universities of Osnabrück (Germany), Wien (Austria), TUM, München (Germany), Jordan (Amman), Saint Joseph, Beirut (Lebanon) and Leipzig (Germany).
