Since 1992 she has been a licensed architect with her own firm in Vienna and also works as a lecturer at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and the University of Art and Industrial Design in Linz. Since 1998, she has held a permanent placement as professor of Design and Interior Design at the University of Technology in Graz. Her main research subject is the perception in architecture, light as a design element and immaterial component in the perception of space.
