The book basically discusses intellectual property rights, its filing, and prosecution (which includes patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, domain name disputes, etc.) in a language that can also be understood & followed by everyone, including readers who do not have law background in terms of qualification and experience. Why is everyone required to understand IPR? It is because of everyone's presence and contribution in terms of intellectual property, either by creating content, drafting, innovating or otherwise. When anyone understands the basics of filing (copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, domain name disputes applications, etc.), then as an individual, one can protect their intellectual property rights.
