Dr. Rahul Kher received B. E (Electronics) from Sardar Patel University in 1997, M.Tech (Electrical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2006 and Ph.D (Electronics & Communication Engineering) from Sardar Patel University in 2014. He has a teaching and research experience of over 21 years. His research interests include Biomedical Signal and Image Processing, Medical image analysis and Healthcare monitoring systems. He has published four books and more than 70 research papers in various international journals and conferences. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and was the founder Secretary of Signal Processing Society (SPS) Chapter of IEEE Gujarat Section during 2013-2015. He has been on the Reviewer Panel/ TPC member of many International Journals and conferences including the IEEE Communication Society Magazine, Journal of Biomedical Signal Processing and Control (Elsevier), Journal of Computer Networks (Elsevier), International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (Inderscience), Biomedical Engineering: Application, Basis and Communication (World Scientific), 1st Global IoT Summit (GIoTS 2017), Geneva, Switzerland, 3rd Global IoT Innovation Forum, Barcelona, Spain, 3rd Annual Int. He has published more than 60 research publications in reputed conferences, Journals and Book Chapters. He is the first recipient of the Meritorious Service Award by the IEEE Signal Processing Society, USA in 2017. He was Chair, SPS Chapter, Gujarat Section for year 2015 and 2016. He was Chapter Chair Coordinator for IEEE, SPS, USA for year 2019. Currently He is volunteering as a secretary for IEEE Gujarat Section. He served as Technical Program Chair for Signal and Image processing track for reputed INDICON 2019.  Dr. Falgun Thakkar obtained Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology Allahabad in February 2018. He graduated from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya (BVM) in 2004 and completed his Masters of Engineering in Communication from GCET, S P University V V Nagar in 2010. Dr. Falgun has published more than 25 research articles in various International and National Journals and Conferences. He has served as reviewer of many international journals and conferences of repute. He has published a book in the domain of Compressed Sensing based ECG Signal Compression, His area of interests includes Antenna design, HF transmission line, Microwave Engineering, Wavelet based image and signalprocessing, Medical Image Security, Compressed Sensing and optimization techniques like PSO and GA. He has guided many Masters’ Students in their dissertation as well as more than 20 projects of B.E. Students. At present he is guiding six PhD students in the domain of microwave antenna design and medical image processing.   Dr. Heena Kher received B.E. in Instrumentation and Control from Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology, Surat in 2001, M.E. in Microprocessors Systems and Applications from M. S. University, Baroda in 2006 and Ph.D. from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar in 2014. She is Assistant Professor in A. D. Patel Institute of Technology, New Vallabh Vidyanagar. She is having 18 years of teaching experience. Her areas of interest are Digital Image Processing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Biomedical Signal Processing, Optimization Techniques. She has guided 10 dissertations of M.E. Students and DPC member of 3 Ph.D. Students. She has presented/published 30 research papers in various International/National conferences and International/National Journals. She is a reviewer of many reputed journals. Dr. Mita Paunwala received B.E(Electronics) from Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology, Surat in 1999, M.Tech. (Communication System) from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat in 2008 and Ph.D degree from NIT, Surat, India in 2014. She is Associate Professor at the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, CKPCET, Surat, India. She has teaching and research experience of over 20 years. Her area of interest is Image, Video and Signal Processing, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Biomedical signal processing and Healthcare systems. She has published more than 25 research papers in various renowned conferences, Journals and Books. She is a Vice Chair of IEEE Signal Processing Society, Gujarat chapter for duration 2019 to 2021. She has reviewed many papers of renowned journals from IET, Springer, Elsevier, IEEE Access etc. Dr. P K Sahoo obtained Ph. D in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Central University of Taiwan in 2009. Prior to that he obtained Ph D degree from Utkal University, India and M. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. Presently he is a Professor in Dept. of Computer Science and Information Engineering, Chang Gung University, Taiwan and Visiting Scholar of many foreign universities. He has a teaching and research experience of more than 25 years. He is a Senior member of IEEE and on the IEEE Senior Member Application Review panel. He is an Editor of Int. Journal of Vehicle Information and Communication Systems and reviewer of many international journals including the prestigious IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics and IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing. He is a program committee member of many reputed International conferences like IEEE WiMob, IEEE AHUC, IEEE VTC, UBICOMM and many more. He has delivered around 18 invited talks at the prestigious organizations across the globe. Dr. Latif Ladid is a Senior Researcher at SnT. He works on multiple European Commission Next Generation Technologies IST Projects: 6INIT- First Pioneer IPv6 Research Project; 6WINIT, Euro6IX, Eurov6; NGNi; Project initiator of SEINIT and SecurIST. Latif initiated the new EU project u-2010 to research Emergency Disaster and Crisis Management, re-launched the Public Safety Communication Forum, supported the new IPv6 EU Research Project called EFIPSANS, and the new safety and security project using IPv6 called Secricom and co-initiated the new EU Coordination of the European Future Internet Forum for Member States called eFIMS: www.ceFIMS.eu. He holds the following positions: President, IPv6 FORUM, Chair, European IPv6 Task Force, Emeritus Trustee, Internet Society, Board Member IPv6 Ready and Enabled Logos Program and Board Member World Summit Award. Latif is also a Member of 3GPP PCG, 3GPP2 PCG, Vice Chair, IEEE ComSoc EntNET Member of UN Strategy Council, member of IEC Executive Committee, Board member of AW2I, Board Member of Nii Quaynor Institute for Research in Africa, and member of the Future Internet Forum EU Member States, representing Luxembourg.
