"Robert Malka is the leading sign language interpreter ethicist in the Middle East. He is COO and co-founder of Malka Communications Group, a multi-national company providing cutting-edge accessibility services worldwide. Mr. Malka has also previously piloted, as co-founder and COO, an online alternative to K-12 schooling emphasizing the Socratic method, which had presence on three continents and outstanding feedback from parents and students. He has also been an advocate for Kuwaiti deaf rights, speaking in the Kuwaiti parliament and to esteemed representatives of the Kuwaiti government. He is a member of the World Federation of the Deaf, and Chief Operations Officer of D-FIFA, a Deaf soccer organization. Mr. Al-Dookhi is Kuwait's longest-standing sign language interpreter, and an expert in the regional signed languages. He has a master's degree, and is a teacher at the Deaf school in Kuwait."
