He significantly contributed to research in the field of Nanoscience and published 200+ research articles with impact factor of 500+ in well-reputed international research journals. He was also awarded international awards including 'Outstanding Reviewer' Award and winner 2019 for Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics. Dr Sumera Afsheen is working as Associate Professor (as an Entomologist) at University of Gujrat (UoG), Punjab, Pakistan. She successfully completed three research projects as Principal Investigator (PI)/Co-PI.She is a member of various research/academic statutory bodies within the University and outside the University, and served as Chairperson-Zoology, Director-UoG City campus, and Warden (Girls Hostel)at University of Gujrat.
