She is an associate member of the Alliance for Youth Justice and a committee member of the Committee for International Neuroethics Society. Ray Arthur is Professor of Law at Northumbria University and specialises in researching children’s right to self-determination in justice settings and developing a broader understanding of the experiences of troubled and vulnerable young people.
