Author Information

Francis Cherunilam, a postgraduate in Economics and Management and a doctorate in the area of International Business, is a prolific writer and has to his credit a large number of books, research papers and articles spanning over Management, Commerce, Economics, Sociology, Public Administration, Demography, Habitat etc. He was the first one in India to author a book on Business Environment. His other popular books include International Economics, International Business Environment, Industrial Marketing, Business and Government, Business Policy and Strategic Management, and so on. Many books authored by him are bestsellers and have been recommended by the expert committees of UGC, AICTE and various universities and institutes throughout India. Besides, the University of Garyounis, Libya, has published the Arabic version of his book on International Economics. Academic positions held by him include Professor and Chairman of Marketing Area, IIMK and Director of several B-Schools. Dr. Cherunilam is a member of the Board of Directors of Cochin Stock Brokers Ltd. (a public limited company) and has been a consultant to several public and private organisations.
