Author Information

Jen Ellison was born in 1967 in Chicago (Illinois). The author's career has been characterized by her interdisciplinary studies. In fact, Jen has a degree in both nutrition and psychology. These two seemingly unrelated disciplines actually represent the recipe for obtaining concrete and lasting results.
