His field of interest largely focuses on neurocritical care. He is the author of several publications and collaborates as a reviewer for various medical journals. Dr. Bruno M Pereira, MD, MSc, PhD, FACS is a Trauma Surgeon and Surgical Critical Care specialist currently working as an Associate Professor of the Department of Surgery of the University of Campinas and Full Professor of Acute Care Surgery at University of Vassouras Masters Program in Applied Health Sciences. His areas of interest are: Trauma Surgery, New technologies in Trauma, Emergency Medicine, Intra-abdominal Hypertension and Abdominal Compartment Syndrome, Coagulophaty, War Medicine, Trauma Surgery Training, Surgical Critical Care, Medical Disaster Response and Medical Education.
