Dr. Lise Tevik Løvseth works as a Senior Researcher at St. Olav’s University Hospital in Trondheim, and Senior Project Manager at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway. She has worked as an organizational consultant, has a master’s degree in work and organizational psychology and D.Phil. in psychiatry. She has conducted and coordinated multiple European research projects in academic medicine and international networks in healthcare. Her main interest is research supervision, and her publications have focused on the relations between organizational factors, health, wellbeing and performance among personnel in emergency and healthcare services. Prof. Dr. Annet de Lange works as a Professor of Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Department of Human Resource Management, HAN University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands, and Visiting Professor at the Department of Psychology, NTNU Trondheim, Norway. She has conducted large-scale research projects in healthcare settings and focused on relations between work, HRM and worker outcomes. She has published several Dutch books, several English chapters, and more than 80 peer-reviewed articles in high-impact journals.
