This book worth to buy and read!I decided to take control of my body and stop relying on medicine and this is a good first step. Honestly, it isn't too crazy, you're going to have to expect to buy a few things when you are changing out the way you eat and this book helped me learn a TON about PCOS and the body and it's not just a cookbook, but an informative book. It tells you all about what to eat and avoid and how the body works with PCOS and i thought the process of changing my diet for my health would be a lot harder than it has been! I'm even making meals for friends and family out of this book to show them how good everything is! and changing to the PCOS Diet has really made a difference in how I feel and as informational as this book is, it's a great gift to give a loved one to help them understand what PCOS is and how it can be managed/treated (especially if they like to cook for you). OMG, I LOVE THIS BOOK!I chose from Amazon.when you suffer from this condition, several small sacs filled grow within your ovaries, In fact, the term polycystic means many cysts. These sacs are follicles that contain immature eggs. these eggs don't reach maturity to stimulate ovulation when this happens, your hormone levels re altered, giving you abnormally low levels of female hormones and abnormally high levels of male hormones, a lot of example in this book The author did an excellent job. I want to recommend that to all. Grateful!
