He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), an M.Sc. in Leadership and Human Development from Murray State University, USA, and a B.Sc. in Public Administration from King Khalid University. He has held various leadership roles at the University of Bisha, including Vice Dean of the College of Business, Secretary-General of the Scientific Council, and Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center CV_Dr_Rajeh_Almasradi .
