Interdisciplinary discussions on the role of law, educational opportunities, legal personality of non-human natural persons, as well as basic supply and the right to water, offer versatile perspectives on the topic. Contributions on poverty and homelessness, a critical reflection on migration law, and on inclusion processes in the church complete the volume. German description: Wer gehort dazu?
