"N. A. Mujumdar is the editor of the ""Indian Journal of Agricultural Economics"" and the former principal advisor of the Reserve Bank of India. A Nuffield Fellow of Oxford University, he has also worked for the International Monetary Fund, Food and Agriculture Organization, Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific and the World Bank. Uma Kapila is a senior editor at the Academic Foundation and the author and editor of Indian economy textbooks.S. S. Johl is an eminent Indian agronomist and the president of the Indian Society of Agricultural Economics. He has chaired several high-level committees, authored and edited numerous publications, and published more than 300 papers in national and international journals."
