Phoebe Morgan is Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at Northern Arizona University and cofounder of the International Coalition Against Sexual Harassment. Claire Renzetti, editor of the Northeastern Series on Gender, Crime, and Law, is Professor of Sociology at St. Joseph's University.
