But how many of us think of them when we think of great art? Here is a picture book for adults and students of all ages...A picture book of trains in art - trains, train stations, passengers, and more. The paintings include different colors, shapes, and sizes. Author Information

"Catherine's appreciation for ""Great Art"" started slowly. Beginning with a love of all things Leonardo da Vinci, in recent years she branched out to Claude Monet, Winslow Homer, and Norman Rockwell. And there her love of art sat for many years. Only in the last few years has she come to recognize and enjoy the works of many other artists, and in the process has fallen in love with many of their paintings, both well-known and not so well-known. This series started simply: a few books to introduce children to art and artists they might not have known - all arranged along a single theme (first hats, then with animals, then bridges, and so it went). Before long she had multiplied her efforts and her books, all the while introducing not just her students, but also many adults to the vast array of artwork that so many of us sadly neglect."
