OverviewThis book offers the analysis of the relationship between the Cape Town Convention and national laws on secured transactions. He specialises in commercial law, transnational commercial law and corporate law. He has been correspondent of UNIDROIT (International Institute for the Unification of Private Law), associate member of the International Academy of Comparative Law and program convenor of ANJeL (Australian Network of Japanese Law).
