Author Information

Born the youngest of seven children to mathematician parents, Canis and Ursa, Ms. Major eventually found her place as a star within a constellation of accomplished intellectuals. Seven's first demonstration of creative writing was not well-received and disappointingly so. In fact, her parents were horrified as they read her discerning prose neatly written in permanent ink on the living room wall. Seven's continued attempts to impress her parents were greeted with similar negative responses until she scaled down her style and began to use paper instead. At the age of 12, Seven was named editor of the school paper. Her work was in print and the young writer was beside herself. This was to be the modest beginning of a life-long career. Seven still gets that same high today from writing... just with much better pay. An award-winning ghostwriter, Jerry Payne has written or edited over two dozen memoirs for a wide range of clients, each story as unique as the life from which it was drawn. With a true passion for the genre, Payne teaches an online course and frequently conducts workshops on the craft of memoir writing.
