Author Information

Dr Liam Briones is a Case Western Reserve University Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep fellowship graduate. At the time of this publication he was Assistant professor and he coordinated the Internal Medicine Residents at St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, to create this manual in conjunction with him. The guide was edited by Dr. Joseph Sopko, the Chief of the Department of Medicine and former Ohio Thoracic Society Chairman and by Dr. Kingman Strohl, former Pulmonary Program Director at CWRU and prolific author and researcher.
